Everything about dealing with T's exceeded my expectations. The best thing I got out of the deal was Bob Rolle. I had considered myself an audio/video enthusiast, but during our first meeting, he expanded my awareness of the true possibilities of what's really out there today. Now both my home and work environments are filled with entertainment "zones" which, at the touch of a single button, cater themselves to my sensory whims. I can have peaceful, subtle and consistent background music inside my house and out for gardening, I can rock the backyard during a barbecue while the kids play a thundering video game in our now theater-like living room. I can't imagine I'll ever figure out how to use all of the configurations Bob designed for me, but it sure is fun to try! Finally, I'm thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail by Bob and his crew. I like equipment, speakers and wiring to be unobtrusive, and Bob rendered them invisible. Each cable is meticulously labeled and invisibly routed, and all of the equipment is power-managed and surge-protected. I feel like I received way more for my money than I could have imagined, and Bob gave me equipment deals that I could not have found elsewhere. I'd never use anyone else.
